How fee payments workFees are payable at the end of the session by direct debit or credit card (we require a card on file though you may choose not to use this). All fees must be paid prior to subsequent appointments (this is inclusive of third party payments). For NDIS plan managed clients, fees are payable by invoice within 5 business days. If this does not occur, the client is responsible for following up their plan manager for payment, and is ultimately responsible for the fee should the plan manager not pay for an agreed service. Group program fees may be made as one lump sum prior to the group beginning or via a weekly payment plan. Payment plans consist of an up front deposit to secure your place followed by payments each week of the program. All sessions must be paid for whether or not attended due to the nature of the group program. In exceptional circumstances fees may be waived; this will be at the discretion of the facilitating therapist. From the 1st of July 2024, all payments made through our online payment system, Halaxy, will be subject to a 1.5% processing fee. Spark for Life reviews and updates this fee schedule annually. Download our current full fee schedule here.
